Weather radar Pastewnil (so-called storm) of the POLRAD system, created after the "flood of the millennium". The radar was built in the area formerly occupied by the army in the Western Sudetes - Kaczawskie Mountains 671 m above sea level.
Currently, as part of the task entitled Modernization of the POLRAD weather radar network as part of the Odra-Vistula Flood Protection Project financed by the World Bank, works related to the replacement of radar devices and renovation of the existing structure are being carried out.
