At the Pruszków Power&Heat plant, the project is being implemented, Gas oil boiler plant, in which two oil water boilers with a nominal heat output of 20MWt each and one gas-oil water boiler with a nominal heat output of 5MWt will be installed.
Construction works started on several fronts, piling for the chimney and the network water flyover were completed, and ground and foundation works related to the construction of a new boiler house with a social part and an oil tank with a capacity of 800 m3 were started.
The main objective of the task is to adapt Elektrociepłownia Pruszków to the requirements of DIRECTIVE 2015/2193 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 November 2015 on the reduction of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from medium combustion plants (MCP).
The commissioning of the gas-oil boiler house is planned for the first quarter of 2023.
