The INSTAL AIRECO® technology developed by INSTAL WARSZAWA was awarded a distinction in the competition GreenEvo – Green Technology Accelerator, organized by the Ministry of the Environment.
In an environmentally sound and cost-effective way INSTAL AIRECO® neutralizes the malodorous, toxic and dangerous substances formed in many branches of industry. This solution, covered by patent protection, consists of a set of devices thanks to which the gases released in technological processes are rendered free of any harmful substances.
The main element of the system is a scrubber, in which the cleaning bed, adapted to the given requirements, works fluidly. Some locations will require the use of additional stages in the system, which initially prepare the gases to pass through the scrubber. The result of this installation’s operation is a full reduction of the compounds having a negative impact on the environment in among others, pumping stations, sewage treatment plants and such industries as food, chemicals and paper mills.
Operation of the system is fully automated. Maintenance is only required for periodic maintenance work. The system ensures a complete reduction of gases that cause the formation of greenhouse gases and acid rain, causing corrosion and affecting the nervous system of humans and animals.
